If you decide to buy a property in the Alentejo, Portugal, you probably wonder how to go about it.

We of Alentejo Home offer Inspection Trips to all of our properties.

Our suggestions:

Most people underestimate the size of the Alentejo Region. Our Region is as big as The Netherlands. It happens quite often that clients want to view properties so far apart from each other that it would take days to visit 5 or 6 of them. Not that we mind but wouldn´t it be better to first select the area you want to buy in?

Therefore we ask you to select the area within the Alentejo that you are interested in. The Planes, The Coastal Area, or Northern Alentejo?

Our Alentejo Information Pages, which you can find in the left colum or on the top right of our homepage will show you around.

Please understand that we can not arrange visits on the last moment.

We would like to ask you to place your request in time so we can carefully compose your Guided Tour.

On your arrival in Portugal you need to rent a car. We can assist in your arrangements for overnight stays if required.

You will be accompanied to the properties of your choice and we’ll explain and translate whatever you need to know.

We can not give you addresses because most of the properties don´t have a street name and number.

If it is the first time you come to the Alentejo and since your time is as valuable as ours we would like to organise the Guided Tours the best way we can.

If you have time, please make an appointment in our office in Grandola in advance so we can discuss your wishes. You could spend a few days driving around to get to know the different areas and after that we could, together with you, select the most suitable properties and visit them.

If you are short on time, please select properties in a specific area only to make the best use of your time and let us know in advance.

Whatever your time span we will always plan the most efficient Guided Tours because we know your time is as valuable as ours.
