Full Description: The property of 1,5 ha is situated in mountainous inland of Sao Luis, within walking distance (200 m) to river Mira which gives the place permanent, spectacular, undisturbed views. The whole property is fenced in and has a great deal of dry stone walls around the place.

-A large garage suitable for any 4x4 with a connected workshop and food storage with fridge, freezer and washing machine are at a lower level.

-Wine production building with equipment and stainless steel tanks is there adjacent to one of the overshadowed terraces and the adega (wine cellar) is cut out of the rocks.

-A spacious wooden shed where we store our trailer, concrete mixer and garden furniture in winter is also big enough for a second car.

Around the buildings there are various terraces, all of natural stones and most of them are overshadowed by grapevines and or mimosa.
The prefab swimming pool of 4.6 m diameter and 1.2 m deep with its own solar powered filtering and purification unit works without chemicals and the water is therefore also used as irrigation water.
The land is full of olive trees, that are recently pruned, and various cork trees.
The gardens have all the fruit trees you may wish and have flowers and cactuses for decoration.
There is more than sufficient solar energy available divided over 4 separate systems, 220V domestic, water pump, swimming pool and electric fence. And for the heavy jobs there are two generators of 4kVa each.
Water is coming from the two (iron-free!) wells of 100 and 140 meters deep and two buffers of 2 and 5 m3.
New septic tank has recently been installed.
Reception of GPS signal is good and broad band wireless internet Zapp works fine. Satellite receiver (Asta) is there with perfect reception.
All furniture, stoves/heaters, refrigerators, machinery and tools are included in the price including various pieces of antiques and art.
Needless to say that the property has been well kept and is in perfect condition.
